The delegation of Tajikistan was greatly impressed by the mega project of the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan, where history and modernity are harmoniously combined, initiated by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. During their visit with historical manuscripts, ancient artifacts, and scientific research, the guests highly appreciated Uzbekistan’s advanced approach to preserving and promoting its rich cultural heritage.

According to the guests, this Center is today one of the largest scientific and educational institutions in Central Asia.

Sulton Rahimzoda, Chairman of the State Committee for Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan:

During the visit, representatives of the Center and the guests exchanged views on further expanding scientific cooperation, sharing experience, and implementing joint events and projects.
