The Mongolian delegation paid high respect to the Mushaf of Hazrat Uthman

The Mongolian delegation paid high respect to the Mushaf of Hazrat Uthman housed in the Holy Qur’an Hall of the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan. This became a vivid example of devotion to universal moral values. The visit of the Mongolian delegation to the Islamic Civilization Center further strengthened the ideas of mutual respect and dialogue between civilizations.

A delegation led by the Governor of Ulaanbaatar, Khishgee Nyambaatar, visited the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan. During the visit, the guests became acquainted with the historical and spiritual heritage presented at the Center and paid their respects to the sacred Mushaf of Hazrat Uthman preserved in the Qur’an Hall.

The Islamic Civilization Center, which presents the rich historical, scientific, and spiritual heritage formed on the territory of Uzbekistan through a unified concept, left a strong impression on the guests as an internationally significant scientific and educational platform.

While touring the Center, the Governor of Ulaanbaatar, Khishgee Nyambaatar, particularly emphasized the substantive concept and comprehensive approach of the complex:

“Here, history, periods of religious revival, and the development of science are presented in a harmoniously integrated, clear, and comprehensible manner. This place can truly be called a center of civilization.

 

Through these expositions, one can clearly feel how the development of science and religion is intrinsically interconnected.

 

As I entered the Center, I witnessed how the people of Uzbekistan are not only preserving their ancient history, but are also shaping contemporary history with their own hands. This is especially important for educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism.

 

We, the people of Mongolia, have historically treated all religions with deep respect. The Qur’an is a sacred book for hundreds of millions of people. Showing respect for it is an expression of reverence for universal moral values.”
